Cooking Oils

There is a myth around Olive Oil that it becomes toxic when heated passed its smoke point which has been disproven by scientists and Dieticians around the world now. Extra Virgin Olive Oil is in fact very safe to cook with and filled with antioxidants and healthy fats, both of which support heart and brain health but are also ideal for your gut.

Original description of "Olive oils can be dangerous to your diet if not used correctly. You should never cook with olive oil due to it's low smoke point effectively making this toxic to your body when heated. Switch to Rapeseed oil for cooking." has been updated.
