Pasta Salad

Instructions

An easy to make and safe pasta salad. Using celery to replace onions that you would usually find in a pasta salad. I personally prefer this hot cooked in a pan but can equally be made cold.

Part 1 - stir fry
  • Bell pepper
  • Sweetcorn
  • Celery (4 sticks)
Part 2 - add to stir fry half way
  • Tinned salmon
  • Lemon juice (2 tbsp)
  • Thai basil
Part 3 - turn off heat and mix in
  • Pasta (cooked with a stock pot)
  • Cucumber
