Instructions
An easy to make and safe pasta salad. Using celery to replace onions that you would usually find in a pasta salad. I personally prefer this hot cooked in a pan but can equally be made cold.
Part 1 - stir fry- Bell pepper
- Sweetcorn
- Celery (4 sticks)
- Tinned salmon
- Lemon juice (2 tbsp)
- Thai basil
- Pasta (cooked with a stock pot)
- Cucumber

This dish's taste is not for me, however nothing in this dish bothered/upset me. Almost finished the whole plate and had no issues after!
