I'm pretty sure this makes me flare, but not 100% sure. I've had it in the same dish twice, and both times i started having pain a couple hours later. It was homemade vegan pad thai, but I regularly eat all the ingredients in that dish without problems except the bean sprouts, which makes me suspicious. But then, all my internet research suggests bean sprouts are easy to digest and unlikely to cause a flare, so I am not totally convinced that they are the problem.
