Preparation time: 20 minutes


Fry the mince in a pan until brown. Drain fat once brown.

Add cumin, ground coriander, paprika and chilli powder to pan and fry those for a minute or 2 then take off heat.

If using a slow cooker (recommended) add pan contents to slow cooker pot at this time.

Add 2 cans of chopped toms (removing the bigger chunks) and stock.

If using a slow cooker... leave on low heat for 5-6 hours.

If using a conventional pan... heat on low for 1 hour.
