I love coffee but coffee is what sent me straight to the hospital and that is when my journey started. I tried it twice, ended up in the ER twice. I have since switched to decaf but often a little bloated after drinking it. I use lactose free and gluten free creamer and 1 spoon of sugar.
The smell alone has turned me away from it and ive never tried it as a result, though I did used to love coffee crisp when I was younger before cutting out high lactose dairy.
When in remission I’ll have a coffee every once in a while and maybe need to rush to the bathroom about 30 minutes after finishing it, I wouldn’t advise having any during a flare up though

I limit my intake and never too much in one go. No espressos.
