Cooked carrot is my no1 vegetable both during flares and in remission.

How well do people handle uncooked carrots? Not a fan of them cooked

Cooked or raw carrots both have terrible experiences for me in and out of remission, if you’re willing to try I would recommend cooked over raw and advise small pieces so it’s easier to digest

The carrots have to be cooked for me. Otherwise it's sadness.

Raw carrots are totally off limits for me. Cooked to tender are fine, as are the shredded carrots in my killer carrot cake.
