Salmon & Rice


  • 200g skinless salmon
  • Ginger
  • 2tbsp Soy sauce
  • Red Pepper
  • Courgette / Zucchini
  • Edemame beans
  • Sesame seeds

Preparation time: 20 minutes


Wrap salmon in tin foil with soy sauce and cracked pepper and cook for 30 minutes at 170c

Cook 1 cup of white rice

Stir fry ginger, peppers, courgette, edemame beans and sesame seeds in a wok with the rapeseed oil.

Combine rice with wok and stir fry with the soy sauce then serve.
