Instructions
Blend honey, coriander and soy sauce and marinade prawns.
Cook 1 cup of white rice
Stir fry prawns, marinade, ginger, peppers, courgette, edemame beans and seseme seeds in a wok with the rapeseed oil.
Pour over rice and serve.

It is really important that you cook this long enough to burn away the acid from the ginger, which I find can cause acid reflux problems and issues for people especially in the small bowel. The same can be said for the spring onion, which should just be left out if you're having a flare up.
