Ginger prawn


  • Raw King Prawns
  • Ginger
  • Soy sauce
  • Coriander
  • Spring onions / Salad onions (optional - green part only)
  • Red Pepper
  • Courgette / Zucchini
  • Edemame beans
  • Sesame seeds

Preparation time: 20 minutes


Blend coriander and soy sauce and marinade prawns.

Cook 1 cup of white rice

Stir fry prawns, marinade, ginger, peppers, courgette, spring onions (optional), edemame beans and seseme seeds in a wok with the rapeseed oil.

Pour over rice and serve.
