- Any white firm fish (cod, mahi mahi, swordfish etc) or Prawns
- Wheat wraps (Avoid white wraps)
- Red bell pepper
- 1tsp Paprika
- Rice (optional)
Marinade fish with ground pepper and paprika and wrap in foil. Cook at 170c for 20 minutes.
Stir fry bell peppers and paprika together in a wok on medium heat with rapeseed oil.
Heat wraps on a stove, pan or microwave to warm them and then combine with lettuce and coriander
