Fish Tacos


  • Any white firm fish (cod, mahi mahi, swordfish etc) or Prawns
  • Wheat wraps (Avoid white wraps)
  • Red bell pepper
  • Lettuce
  • Coriander
  • 1tsp Paprika
  • Rice (optional)


Marinade fish with ground pepper and paprika and wrap in foil. Cook at 170c for 20 minutes.

Stir fry bell peppers and paprika together in a wok on medium heat with rapeseed oil.

Heat wraps on a stove, pan or microwave to warm them and then combine with lettuce and coriander
