- White fish (See safe seafood options)
- Lemon Juice
- Fresh basil
- Red bell pepper
- Tenderstem brocolli
- 2tbsp Soy sauce
- Sesame seeds
- 1 cup Rice (washed)
- 1tbsp rapeseed oil
- 1tsp toasted sesame oil
Wrap fish in tin foil with lemon juice, cracked pepper and fresh basil and cook for 30 minutes at 170c
Cook 1 cup of white rice
Stir fry pepper, brocolli, sweetcorn and sesame seeds in a wok with the rapeseed oil and toasted sesame oil.
Place plain rice at the bottom of the bowl
Coat the rice in the wok vegetables, then cover with the white fish, covering everything with the left over lemon juice.
