Instructions
Marinade meat as:
- 4 tablespoons canola oil, divided
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1-1/2 teaspoons seasoned salt
- 1-1/2 teaspoons dried oregano
- 2 tsp ground coriander
- 1/3 teaspoon Cajun
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
Fry meat and peppers in a pan
Combine with lettuce, rice and add to warm fajita wraps

I haven't made this recipe, but I use rice paper instead of tortillas. You can leave it soft or air fry it with fillings. I get burrito-sized rice paper at my local asian market. I now prefer them to tortillas.
