Only people that have specified they have Crohn's Disease can comment on this food.

If I'm having a flare up I will avoid eating cabbage but during my flare up I'll take cabbage water instead with no problems.

When not in a flare up a few little pieces won’t affect me as much if it ends up in a taco for example, but during a flare up it’s best to stay away
