Brocoli is fine as long as its well cooked. It is the best natural source of sulforaphane which has excellent anti-inflammatory and anti-cancer property's and reduces leaky gut.

Used to only eat them raw. Now I’m always going to have them cooked to avoid flare up. Also good tip on saying that leaves should be cut if eating.

Just recovering from a flare, which I attribute to undercooked broccoli in Thai take out, plus stress!!!!! I prefer veggies not be overcooked, but I guess I have to accept that they are not for me.
