Brocoli is fine as long as its well cooked. It is the best natural source of sulforaphane which has excellent anti-inflammatory and anti-cancer property's and reduces leaky gut.

One of my worst trigger foods - I have to avoid broccoli whether or not I’m flaring.

Used to only eat them raw. Now I’m always going to have them cooked to avoid flare up. Also good tip on saying that leaves should be cut if eating.
